The melamine resin can be obtained by condensation polymerization of melamine and formaldehyde, which can be used in the plastics and coating industries, and can also be used as an anti-folding and anti-shrinking treatment agent for textiles. Its modified resin can be used as metal coating with bright color, durability and good hardness. It can also be used as a sturdy, heat-resistant decorative sheet, a tanning agent for moisture-proof paper and gray leather, an adhesive for synthetic fireproof laminates, a fixative or hardener for waterproofing agents, etc.
